How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly from within the B1X Shooting app at any time.

1. Open the B1X Shooting app
2. Go to Settings (tap your profile icon)
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
4. Read the confirmation and tap "Confirm Delete"

Your account will be deactivated immediately. You have a 30-day window to reactivate your account by signing back in. After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@b1xsport.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What data is deleted

After the 30-day reactivation window expires, the following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted:

• Your account credentials and profile information
• Athlete profile (name, bio, sport, discipline details)
• Training sessions and performance data
• Community posts and comments you have made
• Profile photos and uploaded images
• Club memberships and associated records
• Notification preferences and app settings

What data is retained

Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for platform analytics and improvement purposes. Any data we are legally required to retain (e.g. for tax or compliance purposes) will be held for the legally required period and then deleted.
