• Club administrators: when you join a club, your profile information is visible to that club's owners and coaches.
• Other users: public profile information (name, username, sport, public posts) is visible to other users of the platform.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will anonymise your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. transaction records).
