How do I create an athlete profile?

After signing in, you will be prompted to create your first athlete profile. Enter your name, select your sport discipline, and complete the setup steps. Your profile will be ready to use immediately.

How do I join a club?

Go to the Discover tab, search for your club by name, and tap 'Request to Join'. The club admin will review and approve your membership request.

Can I log sessions without being part of a club?

Yes. You can log personal training sessions independently at any time from the Sessions tab, regardless of club membership.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account will be deactivated immediately with a 30-day window to reactivate before permanent deletion.

I signed in with Apple and my name is missing. What should I do?

Apple only shares your name on the very first sign-in. If your name did not appear, you can edit it manually on your profile page at any time after sign-in.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the sign-in screen, tap 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and we will send you a one-time code to verify your identity and set a new password.
